The Role
We are seeking a highly creative, data-driven Growth & Social Media Marketing Manager to own the digital voice of Dovo Health. You will be responsible for translating complex clinical care into accessible, engaging, and premium digital content. Your primary objective is to build brand trust, aggressively grow our user base across our target demographic, and convert followers into active Dovo App subscribers. You will operate at the intersection of brand storytelling, patient education, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Social Management: Own the strategy, content calendar, and daily execution across all Dovo Health channels (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X).
- Content Creation & Education: Produce high-quality, medically accurate content that educates the market. This includes scripting "How-To" videos for GLP-1 administration on YouTube, creating metabolic health infographics for Instagram, and highlighting patient success stories.
- Campaign Coordination: Design, launch, and manage targeted digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) aimed at acquiring our initial beachhead market of affluent, health-conscious consumers.
- B2B & Corporate Wellness: Manage our LinkedIn presence to actively support our "Employer Connect" pipeline, positioning Dovo Health as the premier corporate wellness benefit for major Nigerian enterprises.
- Community & Engagement: Act as the first line of communication for patient inquiries on social platforms, fostering a highly engaged, supportive digital community.
- Analytics & Growth: Relentlessly track key performance indicators (CAC, conversion rates, engagement metrics) and iterate on campaigns to optimize user acquisition costs.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience managing social media, content strategy, and digital marketing, preferably within health-tech, premium wellness, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
- Content Production: Strong copywriting skills with a sharp eye for visual aesthetics. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Figma, and basic video editing software for Reels/Shorts.
- Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of the algorithms and best practices for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Strategic Nuance: The ability to craft compelling marketing messages that remain strictly compliant with healthcare advertising standards - selling the clinical outcome and lifestyle benefit without making unethical medical claims.
- Data Fluency: Experience managing paid ad budgets and utilizing analytics dashboards to prove the ROI of marketing initiatives.
